How much should I charge for cleaning this house?

Ok we am starting to begin cleaning this house. It is AT LEAST 3,500 sqft (probably more). we am only perplexing to figure out around how most we should charge. This is the list of what we will be you do upon the weekly basis:
Dust everything
Vacuum/sweep/mop all floors
clean bathrooms (toilets/sinks/counter tops/mirrors/floors/bathtub)
clean kitchen (floors/cabinet fronts/stove top)
change sheets/ purify bedrooms (4 bedrooms)
sweet or opening stairs
clean front doorway & windows
basically the complete residence though not soaking sheets or you do any alternative laundry.
…so which is my initial question… how most should we assign to do all which each week…
then my subsequent subject is…
I am JUST cleaning the blinds as well as soaking baseboards the initial time we go…. how most should we assign for that… recollect this is the LARGE residence (WITH A BLACK LAB AND A CAT) so there will be house pet hair to get up as well!!!
