How can you make your house a beautiful villa on Sims 3?

I wish to have my residence the pleasing villa upon Sims 3. What can we buy to have it the pleasing villa?
What do we need to do? Thanks for helping.

Ok all you really have to do is add in a pond or build a house on the beach and make sure the house is really well decorated and has lots of good decorations and appliances (like the most expensive or close to the most expensive things unfortunately) and once you finish if it just says well decorated, you have to take it a step further.
