How to make a title for a house to protect it from liens. I'm not concerned about profit just security?

I am the widow, vexed as well as wish to buy the residence in income nonetheless i owe most people, we do not have the place to live..I do not work the lot or have the lot of income as well as wish my kids to have the residence which they can sell when they grow up there 8 as well as 9 years aged now. we wish it stable from liens
A title is done by a lawyer at the house closing. The only way to protect a house from liens is to pay your property taxes and anyone who does work on the house for you. Just because you someone money does not mean that they can put a lien on it.
Sorry, there is no legal way to avoid legitimate liens.
You are basically saying you want to phuck over people you owe money to in order to profit more fully.
The world does not work this way. Pay your debts and things will work out for you a lot better.
You have to treat others decently in order to have a decent life yourself.
