We have been relocating shortly as well as we have no thought how to get people even to come demeanour during my house! It is 4,500 block feet, hard wood floors, newly remodeled kitchen, brand new mill square in behind yard, as well as lots as well as lots of back back yard work.

It’s in VA.
Can we give me a little ideas alternative afterwards putting an supplement in a newspaper? On anticipating people to come as well as cruise shopping my home??!!

List it with a realtor that sells high end homes, price it for less than $500,000 and lots of prayer!

try a realtor as that is what they do is list your home for sale

in todays economy there is no way in hell you are going to get what you want for that house, you might as well hold out for a few years until this housing crisis gets better.

How would anyone know if your home indeed was worth the $500k in today’s market without comps. So pull the comps maybe it is the price that is not selling the home.
Try placing an ad in Craigslist.com
Remember this….you will get 100 phone calls from realtors and maybe just maybe one call from a possible buyer.

    Price it at $200,000
