		<description>I agree with the grammar guy.  You need some schooling to learn the basics of writing english.  Maybe a little education will help you to get a better job.  
It is not clear as to whose name the house is in.  Is it both equally?  You said that he had it for 3 years alone.  If the property is equally in both names, then he gets half and you get half of what is left AFTER the mortgage is satisfied.  My opinion is that you should do the minimum repairs that it takes to get the house in saleable condition, sale it, take your half of the proceeds, he will get his half, and move on.</description>

		<description>You will need a solicitor to fight this - can you not get legal aid ???? You need all receipts etc for work done and mortgage paid.  It will then be up to the court to decide if he gets anything or what he will get.  He will need money to bring this before the court in the first place though.  If his name is still on the mortgage you could be on dodgy ground xxx</description>
