Which house should I buy?

I have 2 properties that I’m meditative to buy as well as set up a house. But both has great as well as bad. we can’t select one. If any a single gives me a small thought to collect right one, I’m unequivocally appreciated.
First one, House is dilemma lot as well as small bit bigger (0.34ac). The family room as well as a master room has good wooded view. Also a family room face to wooded. It is unequivocally as well as view. But my regard is a skill had a cesspool manhole subsequent to a driveway. If a manhole is a dilemma of a property, we unequivocally collect this lot. But it is some-more similar to core side. we do not know how we can censor it.
Second a single is not a dilemma lot as well as not as big lot (0.25ac). But a family room face to a wooded as well as it will retard afternoon sun. The usually my regard is it is in isolation highway access. If anything occur to a road, 5 houses have to maintenance.

You did not mention if there is some sort of written maintain agreement that is existence as to the private road. If there is not, this could be a potential source of argument between the home owners.
Even though the larger home has a manhole in the front of the property, it is bigger with great views. Perhaps there would be some creative ways to hid the sewer.I would go with this home.
