I unequivocally wish to get absolved of the integrate walls to have my residence some-more of an open building plan. we wish somebody to discuss it me what we can hit down as well as assistance me prognosticate my options.
You’re going to need a contractor because you may have designs on a load-bearing wall and if you knock that down without putting in the proper support, you’re in big trouble.
Ask around in your area to see if anyone has had any remodeling done. Some of your neighbors may be able to make a recommendation based on their own experiences. If not that, check ServiceMagic.com or AngiesList.com. You can see actual customer’s reviews of contractors in your area and there will be contact information for them on those sites as well.
Hire a contractor, but let me warn you, good ones are hard to find, and NEVER pay them up front cause they tend to not come back.
I’d start with a sandyperson with a good reputation.
need pics, floor plan
Check out craigslist.com -> Services section under your city. You’ll get some good professionals at a very reasonable rate.
