An designer is a chairman concerned in a planning, conceptualizing as well as slip of a building’s construction. whilst an operative deals with a planning, construction, as well as upkeep of bound structures, or open works, as they have been associated to earth, water, or civilized world as well as their processes
An engineer. They would be more realistic and make the house more practical ad nicer ro live in. It might cost less too.
Engineer..simply because i am an engineer
kidding..actually an archituctures design corrected and approved by an engineer would be the best.
architect, i think engineer is needless and probably more expensive
I prefer to design my own place and then higher a contractor to build it. I know, i cheated on your question, but hey, I got exactly what i wanted in the same amount of time both the architect and engineer i talked to said, but at half the price! Of course, it does help that my cousin is an engineer and helped with my blue prints. So I guess I really do pick engineer!
I am an engineer: The architect will design the house and the engineer will then take the design and make it buildable… ensuring that the design will not fall over!
an architect
