It is the Salahi's fault for trying in the first place. While I don't know the law I'm sure there is a law on the books that makes what they did illegal. If there isn't they can't be charged. Part of the fault goes to the White House staff involved with the guest list who were not present at the entrance. These party crashers should be arrested for lying to a federal officer and criminal trespass pass. The penalty should be one or more years in jail.
