I’m a paranormal Investigator. What you need to think about is this-
If the house just has your typical Casper type Ghost in it that is not harmful, then I can see buying it. But why is this big house reduced?
Why did the last family move out? How long has the house been empty?
You need to find all of these things out before you buy it.

The paranormal activity in the home could range from nothing at all to extreme danger. That’s what you need to find out. Because once you buy it, your stuck with it!

I would go to your local library or City Hall and look up the address
and see who has lived there in the past and I would contact the previous owners and find out why they moved, and what type of experiences they had within the home.

A reduced price on a home is always a red flag. Good Luck!

Not really. My home has already rented a room to an unknown ghost (which happens to be my room) and my dead black cat just won’t accept that she died.

The worst part is that both ghosts seem to follow me everywhere. In class, I feel Midnight (black cat) clawing my leg and I usually slap my leg, making the other students think I’m weird. Hope they do not follow me when I get married and have children.

Most definitely! I’ve lived in four haunted homes. Spirits add to a home. It can be a bit disconcerting if they say your name at night, but other than that, no worries!
